Training  &  Placement  office  was  started  in  2004  September. Right from its inception , T.P.O. has made inroads into main industries by continuous contacts & visits. BCE Alumni have done remarkable job in this regard.

   WHAT DO WE DO AT TRAINING & PLACEMENT CELL  
     
            As you know it is always easy to compete with less number of opponents. In this regard to stay in the race, we have established a Training and Placement cell. To begin with, we have already undertaken following few activities.  
     
   Ø Personality Development training programs.  
   Ø Training programs to develop soft skills.  
   Ø Individual counseling.  
   Ø Alumni Meets.  
   Ø Weekly tests/workshops on soft skills to enable the students to acquire the additional knowledge.  
   Ø Mock interviews.  
   To upgrade the knowledge of the students  
   Apart from this, a State Level Technical Paper Presentation contest STEPP and National Level Technical Fest Eklavya08  is being held every year successfully under this cell. There are still many plans on our anvil.
